My art movement was impressionism. This movement took place during the 19th century that was out popular in France.A very famous artist from this movement is Vincent Van go he created the starry night. The idea of impressionism is not to show every detail but to have quick brush strokes which is shown as well in the starry night. I chose to draw Donald Duck and a background that was many colors blended together and made to look like it doesn't have to much detail and quick brushstrokes. I was inspired by all the cool backgrounds in the pictures created by famous artists and chose some colors and try to recreate it in my own way.

for my two in one project I chose to draw a person riding a bike on the beach with a head of an elephant. the reason I chose to do this is, I really like the beach and riding bikes also one of my favorite animals are elephants. through this project I came across alot of difficulties and problem. first I could not get the background to look like sand and the ocean. another problem I had was getting the oil pastel to blend and look nice. the only thing I didn't have difficulties on was drawing the bike and elephant. i would change my two in one project by using colored pencils and choosing a different background.
since Illustration friday was about people I chose to draw athletes playing sports. I picked this as my drawing because I really like to play and watch sports on TV.throught this illustration I came across a couple of problems. first was getting the people to actually look like they were running and jumping.Another problem was getting the pants and shirts to look more realistic and have wrinkles. for my observation drawing 1 I chose to draw a landscape. The land scape that I chose were the trailers. The reason I chose the trailers is it doesn't have to much detail and had alot of basic lines. A problem I came across was getting the trailers on an angle, and have them line up.
